Seriously, who ate the horses?

Now I hear you say that it was people, but this we're talking Runescape here and there is something that everyone has over looked. An assumption. That horse are about the size of cows.

If you have done Gower Quest, did any of you look at the walls of the Behind the Scenes Bar?

There are horse heads mounted on the walls. And if they are anything to go by then horses were the size of Lumbridge Castle O_o Well for all those hoping to ride them, we're going to need a bigger saddle! :O

You know, when the novels mention riding on horses, I now get a picture of a castle sized horse with house on its back. I always wondered where Baba Yaga got the idea of a chicken legged house. Now we know, the Luna isle had no horses! ^_^ The purpose of adventure is to shine light into dark places,

In the ancient days, Man hunted Horse in tribes. Riding on unicorns, raiding parties numbered in the hundreds were required to take down these mythical beasts. Few returned, but when they did...honestly most of the meat rotted because they hadn't invented refridgeration yet.

Perhaps these are the hornless unicorns of legend.

...Jagex really isn't consistent with the horse stuff.
I think horses and unicorns are different species, personally. Hornless unicorns might just be unicorns born with lack of horn, but with the same white hair and gold mane (or black with red mane in the case of some).
