How the hell is Kennith compared to Nex? And why isn't the player mentioned when we can effortlessly solo Nex? Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

Kennith is extremely gifted in magic and as mentioned before we have the benefit of powerful gear without it we are useless

The same could be said for Batman...but the fact is we do have our gear.

There is a huge difference between power and skill if you want to talk about who is the most skilled it is definitely the adventurer (or max) but in terms of raw power we aren't that impressive

Power is not brute strength, nor the amount of magical energy you have inside you. Power is simply a measurement of ability to achieve your desires.

Imagine three warriors. One may be the strongest in the world, the other may be the most skilled, and the third is neither...but is gifted in both power and skill to an extent that he can beat the others. He is the most powerful.

Personally I found the Myreque to be the strongest questline among the 5th age...but...that's still "the best of the worst" to me. And yeah, I haven't been fond of this year's questions except for KS. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. Gnome, desert, pirate, cave goblin, (arguably) dwarf, and of course the Mahjarrat questlines are all superior.

Dwarves, Pirates, and Gnomes were forgettable. Cave Goblins was cringe worthy. Desert feels like a lot of build up with no payoff. Mahjarrat was similar until the 6th age came. It started off great, then went downhill with WGS and finally crashed with ROTM.

The two dimensional villains were boring. Myreque tried to fix this, but without choice, we're just left the adventurer making asinine decisions that ultimately feel unsatisfying for a story.
