Can anyone name anything most, if not all npcs in a select area, would riot to?

Please make sure it's lore friendly, and makes sense. I mean it!

No flame war please. I mean this as a hypothetical sene*** for Lolz.

Bonus points for a more obscure area (I.e brain death isle)

I do not encourage rioting. I have simply seen r00dness here lately and want to make something nice. Lolz are nice.

Have fun and remember: sliske will give you memories of him killing guthix if this turns into a bad thing.

Ok just so it's out of the way....Hazeel takes over ardy, and the humans riot for their lands. Things get so bad there are three loaves of bread left. They fight over it, blood spilling in the streets. Hazeel and khazard laugh. Roses are pink

I think I should point out that there are ALOT of Zamorakians in and around Kandarin. This is where Khazard martial his forces as well the ZMI calls the region home. No other religion has nearly the hand hold the Zamorakians have there. Despite the Saradominists controlling the seat of power I think even they see how slight they hold on to it by. Also Hazeel was one of the few Mahjarrat who actually cared about those out of the lap of luxury while in the empire. While we don't know anything about time as ruler of Kandarin (he probably over threw the Serenists controlling the area) I can't see Hazeel actively impoverishing his people.

Other than that, general rules apply for riots. If Misthalin imposes a trade tax all the traders riot, if people realize the king of Asgarnia is dead there will be a riot, if Feldip runs out of rock cakes there will be a riot until the ogers forget what rock cakes are, Tirannwn had a very ling riot that turned into a civil war but things seem to be somewhat stable now (we'll see if brax shakes things up).

Meiyerditch if we manage to get Blisterwood into human hands + vampyres have chance of being overthrown, all human residents and some werewolves if they decide to rebel too. I would love it if they could somehow implement a "Do you hear the people sing" parody if it occurred.

Things get so bad they try to mug the Sandwich Lady.

The blood, the blood!!!

Next thing we knew, High Empress Sandwich was ruling over the new sovereign nation of Baguettopia.

As for more realistic examples (no one messes with the Sandwich lady):

-West Ardougne, peeved that their district is still crap, attempt to riot against the king. The king responds that there isn't enough graphical budget in the coffers for a rework.

-PAH, Penguins Against Hunting, attempt to riot in w60 falador square, but only make themselves targets, getting rounded up into the nearby shops.

The people of the slavery camp in Tourist's Trap vs. the thugs. They have weapons but we have huge numbers! I worship Mah, for she is mah homegirl! The correct adjective for Mah's followers are: Mahomies, Mah-homeboys, or Mah-homegirls.
