Seren made it to Gielinor, she just didn't stick around. She still came to Gielinor originally, but didn't stick around for two reasons.

First, the player character never went back in time to give her hope that something on Gielinor could help her cure the elves.

Second without the player character's influence, the boy from Meeting History went on to a become an accomplished and fairly evil sorcerer, and eventually Guthix put him down. This display of violence horrified Seren and convinced her that Guthix would not be able to help her. This resulted in her pacing up and leaving Gielinor with her elves.

Now considering there was at least one point in the character's history when we had not influenced Jack in the past (prior to Meeting History (otherwise we'd not have been able to change past events like we do during that quest)), our Guthix is likely a bit more kind than alternate Gielinor's Guthix since well, none of the stuff in their world's past happened in ours.

Where is this stuff about alternate Guthix, Seren and Jack from?
A QA released with DoD, check the unofficial wiki page for the quest the link should be near the trivia section

So we know what happens in every kingdom, except Morytania...

I expect some of you to say that Drakan just sacrifices every civilian to return home but he only wanted to do that because of our interference. My guess is that without us, Vanstrom eventually found the Myreque and killed all of them, and Drezel was killed by Ivandis Seergaze, who was the vampyre trapped in the coffin. The Monks of Zamorak weaken the Salve barrier, but for some reason the Vyres don't cross. Burgh De Rott has 2 possibilities:

1. It was never found and like just sucks for them there.
2. It's found and it becomes a new tithing station.

Nothing interesting happens with Fenkenstrain, and the ghosts of Port Phasmatys stay trapped. Vanescula realizes she can't manipulate anyone to help her take down the other Drakans, so she decides to kill them herself when the time is right and becomes ruler of Morytania. However without us she never discovers the secrets of Haemalchemy and is trapped in a dying Morytania, probably not knowing the Salve is weakened. For the rest of Morytania everything would just remain how it was before mostly.

What does Fenkenbrain say?

Also it's still possible that Bandos used his remaining power to create the amulet, but perhaps it's more likely he just named someone his Chosen Commander and told them to do whatever.

You know I just thought of something, where the hell is Nomad in all of this? We never foiled his plans, he should be some demigod at this point who killed Lucien already. What if he's a vigilante? Or even more corrupted than in our timeline?

As for other places:

Draynor is probably still a village, just even more darker and sadder because of Victor next door still not dead, though I wonder why the Wise Old Man didn't decide to kill him, or how literally no one else in the town in our world ever talks about the Vampire.

As for Lumbridge, it was probably destroyed by the Chosen Commander since it's close proximity to Dorgesh Kaan, which is also destroyed. HAM has probably been annihilated trying to stand up to the goblins.

Sophanem has probably been destroyed by the Scabarites and Menaphos is probably as normal as ever, being ruled by Amascut. Nardah is probably empty since the lack of water forced everyone to go somewhere else. Polnivneach probably has to deal with storms from Agrith Naar, the Bandit Camp probably remains, and the Bedabin Camp, um, just exists. The Golem is still clueless on what to even do with it's life.

Relleka and other Fremennik isles have likely been destroyed, as said before, Seer's village is probably ruled by Hazeel, along with Hemenster and Ardougne. Catherby is either deserted, conquered by trolls, or ruled by Hazeel.

Nobody cares about Feldip.

The Tree Gnome village has likely been obliterated by Khazard, and the Tree Gnome Stronghold is probably a human-hating society planning to wage war, but cant when it sees that all Human lives suck anyway and are ruled by non human beings.

Mos Le Harmless is most likely ruled by Rab- You Know Who, and under the influence of Xau-Tak. The Odd Old Man never got his bones and decided to go out himself, getting killed by a Blue Dragon after he tried to use the Bonesack as a shield. The Bonesack is still out there to this day, rolling around in search of bones.

Missed anything?

Also bump for one thing, The tear of Guthix didn't revive Zanik, Might falls, Zanik stated that it was Bandos who revived her, not the tears. SO Zanik could still be Chosen commander, and was the last of her tribe also.
That was already addressed, Dorgesh Kaan was destroyed and Zanik united the Bandosians as the Chosen Commander and won the battle for the godsword in the god wars dungeon, only to open Nex's prison and have her and everyone else obliterated as Nex escapes.
