I can not find on the support page how to upgrade to Premium. If I go to the page to purchase and attempt to log in, it says incorrect password, but yet I use the same password to successfully log in to the game and when I came here. Assistance? Guidance? I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY MONEYS
If you are on the standard subscription that renews three monthly, you won't be able to purchase a new Premier Club membership until it goes on sale again in late November.
The Bronze Premier Club is also a three month membership. If you had Bronze you would have received the Bronze level extras: * Premier Artefact * 20,000 bonus Loyalty Points. The payment page would also be showing you the option to upgrade to Silver or Gold Premier right now.
Re the logging in problem. Try to access the payment part of the website from your pc, don't try from your mobile.
