I tried to get in, but I'm getting:

No eligible devices for app install from the google play store

Moto Z2 force, Android 8
CPU Octa-core (4x2.35 GHz Kryo & 4x1.9 GHz Kryo)
Chipset Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 (10 nm)
RAM 4 GB
Size 5.5 inches
Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels, 16:9 ratio (~534 ppi density)
OpenGL ES 3.1

Update:
On Google Play, My phone is listed as the Moto Z (2), but it's the Motorola Z2 Force.
On the main install page, it reads the app is compatible with some of my devices. However, I cannot choose any device to install it on to.

Get into the RuneScape Mobile Android Beta!
We’re delighted to confirm that we’ve begun releasing the first of our two caps for the RuneScape Members Mobile Android Beta!
25,000 spots are now available to download on a first come, first served basis!
The cap will be raised in two batches to ensure adventurers on both sides of the globe have the opportunity to get involved. If you're unable to download the application today, we'll be opening up the second batch (an additional 25,000 spots) tomorrow morning at 09:00 game time.
How do I enter the Beta?
The RuneScape Members Mobile Beta is accessible to all members with a compatible Android mobile device. Details on iOS availability will be announced at a later date. This cap increase is another step along the road to an open beta and, ultimately, a full release.
Download the RuneScape Mobile Beta app from the Google Play Store.
Full details concerning eligibility, restrictions and technical details can be found in the FAQ.
Don’t get phished!
Please be aware of scammers. Make sure you only trust our official channels. Communications from our website always use the URL runescape.com, and our Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Twitch social accounts all have a verified badge next to their names. If you see an ad, make sure you check the link to see if it's genuine. There are no active iOS Betas, so if you see an ad claiming otherwise, it's fake.
If you have any doubt, DO NOT enter your login or any other personal information.
What content can I expect in this Beta?
The RuneScape Members Mobile Beta continues to develop and grow. Recent updates include an overhaul to the NPC chat system (making chat clearer and easier to navigate), the introduction of more intuitive action bars and improvements to looting. There have also been a lot of interaction refinements to improve the recognition of tapping, swiping and dragging.
Of course, being a Beta, you should anticipate some imperfections.

We’re delighted to confirm that we’re raising the player cap for the members-only RuneScape Mobile Beta!
Across Tuesday March 5th and Wednesday March 6th, a further 50,000 spots will be opened up for those wishing to explore Gielinor on Android devices. More information in this news post.
You'll need
A RuneScape account with active membership
An Android device with Android 5.0 or higher - subject to ongoing performance and compatibility improvements, at present, some devices will not be able to install or update to the latest version.
Hang in there iOS users, your turn won't be long now!
Members are invited to download the RuneScape Mobile Beta app from the Google Play Store.
Installation
Head to the Google Play Store to download
There's a limited number of downloads available on a first come first served basis, but we'll be expanding regularly as the beta progresses.
If you can't see the Install option on the Google Play Store, this means it's not currently available to download, but be sure to check back often!

Since they announced the opening, daily I would be logged out for 10 minutes before 9am Local Time, and 1AM Local time. Then try from 1 minute before, to about 5 minutes after. Currently, it shows I have compatible devices, but I cannot select any device to download the app. :( My Threads:

well I would give more info but I don't want to post a link that I don't really trust myself...because of apk phishing applications out there trying to steal your account info. so you may have to wait till the official release to come out(Even if your a beta tester for the app).

Yep, tried using your links, and I still get the:

This app is in development. It may be unstable.
This app is compatible with some of your devices.

But clicking on install doesn't allow me to select a device. Whether it's on a desktop or from my phone directly :(

PLEASE NOTE: Only RuneScape members can currently access the RuneScape Mobile Members Beta. The Beta is still in active development and will inevitably contain bugs. Feedback from players will help us to improve the game and deliver the best possible mobile RuneScape experience.

There are currently only a limited number of installs available, meaning access is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make more installs available as we progress, so please monitor our social channels for the latest updates.

DATA USAGE: We recommend you begin playing over a Wi-Fi connection as the game caches a large amount of data (roughly 3GB).

BASIC CONTROLS

Environment:
* Tap to interact with and move your character.
* Press and drag one finger to rotate the camera.
* Pinch to zoom the camera.
* Tap and hold briefly to open the Interaction Menu.

Menus:
* Swipe to scroll through menus.
* Hold and drag to move items.
* See pop-up in game for advanced controls.

KNOWN ISSUES

* To join a World with a different language, you must change your mobile device language setting to match, and restart the app.

* Loss of data connection during a system update may cause the app to become unresponsive. This can be fixed by restarting.

* If you experience poor performance or crashing, reducing draw distance and disabling textures can improve stability.

* Some combat tutorials cannot be completed (such as Lumbridge Combat Academy).

* UI layouts, interactions and font size are still work in progress, in particular those in minigames.

* Certain boss health bars and other stat displays can overlap the chat window.

* If you experience issues moving items onto the action buttons, toggle the action bar lock (hold over combat settings).

* The game currently requires a device with at least Android 5.0 ("Lollipop";), 2GB RAM and OpenGL ES3.
