1 ... I suppose so? Wouldn't hurt. 2 No, the entire point of the rework is to slow the generation of metal armors, instilling a better economy supporting the people who make those armors (instead of injecting them through PvM and undermining any semblance of profit in Smithing 3 ... Why? Nobody would mine there.
- Why do popular mining sites need an additional incentive to be used? - Ideas 2 and 3 are so nope since they run against the basic idea of the rework at all. Its good. I mean Runescape wasted their effort on redesigning spots that people more likely not go to.. So might as well add some resource bonus (a temporary D&D) on few unpopular areas.
Despite Community poll to vote against 120 Mining and Smithing...I think the 120 should be inserted. for both
Smiting and Mining after 99 should focus on giving "more resource perks" in the levels instead Since Smiting is slow they should also increase the level 120 and add perk to make it better to smith a item.
