I hope I'm putting this is the right place. when I tried to recover my account I made 16 years ago I cant remember all the information they are asking. the email that shows up for recovery doesn't make sense to any email I've ever had. it says they all get reviewed by someone but I don't think it does. I've answered the security questions except for one and its because I cant remember the answer but if that's the only security question I miss why can I not recover my account?
The recovery answers are not that important anymore. The really important information is the creation information: Creation date, Creation ISP, Creation location, early Password, earliest Payment information.
Account recovery goes through two stages and recovery answers are not checked until stage 2. If you haven't got past stage 1, your recovery answers will not have been checked yet.
One thing that will stop your recovery dead is the lack of any correct passwords. It is essential to submit at least one correct old password.
Always click on the link in the 'deny' email to find out the reasons for the deny. Have a read of the Denied password resets support page for a list of the kind of things Jagex want to see.
I was 13 when I made this account and im almost 30 now. I could list off 5-10 different password possibilities. I know when and where I lived when I first made it but I don't have the payment information. is there a way for me to actually speak to someone to help recover the account?
all account appeals to recover a RuneScape account have to go through Jagex's system which is automated, if you are being denied, you are not supplying enough information to prove you're the account owner.

Unfortunately not you will have to try and remember your information.
Perhaps think of who you had added on the form, what levels you got, and how you got them, and when you first created the account.
You could try emailing email@example.com
Best of luck

Payment information: You might no longer know the credit card number or have the transaction id but you should still know who paid, how they paid and their postcode and email.
Re: the post immediately above this. Please don't email the firstname.lastname@example.org email about your account recovery. The tipoff email is not purposed for account recovery and any contact to that email about a recovery will be ignored.
Also, in-game information mentioned above ("you had added on the form, what levels you got, and how you got them" ) is also useless in a recovery. You don't get much space in the 'Other Comments' box and should not waste it. 'Other Comments' should be used to list: * names of other accounts you own * address changes during the life of the account (town/state/country only needed) * emails you have had linked to the account during its life
Ask your family for help to remember some of the information. They might remember the creation ISP and they might remember when you started playing.
