Created this account back in like 2006. Just recently started playing again since several years and used this account for OSRS as i still remembered username and password.

Set an authenticator on it.

Phone broke. No access to authenticator. No problem ill just remove it.

Disable authenticator but requires email verification from email address that was deleted years ago.

Attempt to recover account but all information is lost as it was created 12 years ago with my moms old credit card when i was 11 years old.

I have access to account on my computer for another 20 days as i marked it as safe but this is ridiculous. Im going to lose access to an account im currently playing and invested over 1000 hours on. Should require to log into ur email to activate the authenticator if you need access to the email to disable it.

Jagex offers literally no customer support and I have no idea what to do as i have tried for hours to recover the account but the information is not correct as it is from 12 years ago. I explain in the recovery process my issue but its instantly denied via email "Our experts have reviewed your..." ya no you didn't. Help anyone ?

Hi there
S i t Boy

While you still have game access, login and talk to Hans in Lumbridge.
Hans will tell you exactly how old your account is, a very important piece of information for the recovery.

If you cannot remember the Creation ISP, ask your parents.
You should know the creation location and be able to supply at least one correct password (preferably an earlier one than the current pw).
You might no longer have a transaction ID or a credit card number but you still know who paid, how they paid and their postcode and email.

'Other Comments' box.
Use Other Comments to list:
* display names of other accounts you own
* address changes during the life of the account (town/state/country only)
* if you are still at the creation address, say so!
* emails you have had linked to the account during its life (not payment emails though if they were not ever the registered email)

Hey.

It gets instantly denied if you provide incorrect details for like original password/ISP/account creation date if any of those are wrong it usually gets insta denied. Billing payment information is a big plus whenever you try to recover an account.

Well we have tried the best we could with all the information we could possibly come up with. Still instantly denied.

Any other options here ??? I created the OSRS account from scratch and been paying for membership since June... The orginal runescape account was created in 2006 and I just dont remember enough and my mother wasn't any help.

The more accurate information you can provide to prove you're the genuine owner of that account, the higher your chance is for them to change your login email to your desired email.

Fill in the email addresses if you can remember, or type in something like "iforgot@myemail.com" (because it won't allow you to continue if it's not in an email format) instead.
"Login email/name*"

"Last known registered email address*"
