so to add insult to injury I logged onto my pure that I had about 300mill on I left outside rimmington portal with full inv of sharks and my usual pk gear before I logged off a few days ago. logged into today to make a post about not hearing back about my main accts ban. I go to the bank on my pure and everything worth money is cleared off.....? I didn't get an alert that my account was attempting to login on a not normal device. I log into today to make the post and all my stuff is gone. I transferred all the wealth over to my pure after my main was compromised and banned 2 hours later for (major macro) could these 2 things be realated? first my main gets high jacked and cant get through the bank pin. then once I recover I change the pass on the pure ect ect they have separate emails and then my pure gets cleaned out. is this the work of jagex possibly? I don't click fishy websites my computer is scanned daily for virus's I just don't get what happens. first my main get banned then my pure gets the wealth cleared.

Jagex do not send out an email alert about an unusual login - if they detect an unusual login, they auto-lock the account.

Are you saying your main was hijacked but the hijacker did not get through the Bank PIN so you saved your items and moved them across to your pure?

If this happened, it means your hijacker has access to your email.
The email will give them everything they need EXCEPT the Bank PIN.

Change the password to your email right away then work to secure it.

Could the two events be related?
If you had the same email registered to both accounts then, Yes.
note: the registered email is not necessarily the login email as each account has a unique login.

If your two accounts had different registered emails, it probably means your computer has a problem e.g. keylogger.

If your full scans (antivirus/malware finder programs) , comes back saying NO TREATS found , then do you need to look into all Programs/Apps/Clients you have pulled down.

As soon you use 3rd party clients , are you putting your information in a risk , since those people behind those clients has nothing to do with Jagex.

hey maula i put in a missing item report and jagex looked into it and found out i was hacked.. i put up another post about my main acct, would you mind flagging it for me so a mod can look at it please?

The acct was highjacked same as this acct. Except they never got the chance to bot on it like they did on my main his email is ma*****20@yahoo.com nobodys gotten back to me and idk what is going on, could you please tell me what is going on...

Tuffty doesn't have access to accounts. Neither do we. Only Jagex Moderators can do that. My suggestion to you is to be patient. If you have already sent in an appeal, you should wait until your name comes up on the queue. There is no way to speed that up.

Remember, "Good things come to those who wait." ;)

Edit: You should also remove your email address as that's considered personal information and can be used negatively by a hijacker!

I'm already past the 2 week point and now my account status where it used to say "unnapealed" has vanished. Leaving my ability to appeal the ban off that page is gone assuming they made up there mind and just not going to tell me.
