The issue is the botting ban, there is an issues in the Jagex Bot Detection Program. I have played this game for over 15 years dumped real life money into it, and I am told to piss off cause they have a faulty program?

check the forums, first "botting ban" happed just after the release of the OSRS Mobile application, and hundreds have posted about this same issue, you just haven't the nerve to actually look for your self.
ranging from brand new accounts to veteran players, and you keep thinking this is a player problem?

On top of everything if you look up anything about the Bot Detection Program that Jagex has monitoring their servers that we play on, it is a couple of posts from j-mods that are saying that their program is having faults, and that they are sorry for any inconvenience.

I have been active in the forums for over eight years.
The frequency of "botting ban" threads has been constant throughout that whole time.
I wrote the Banned Account Info thread which is stickied in the Community Led Account Help Forum.

Please post thread references or Support centre references.
JMods are usually pretty open about problems and they are fixed within days.
If any of your references are more than a few weeks old, they will be out of date already.

Old School Mobile forum thread contains at least 2 or more post about being unjustifiably banned on all but the last 3 pages, so tell me again how blind you are, and how there are no new influx of banned account threads. in only 4 months..

with the release of the Mobile Clients, Jagex's Botwatch program will suffer with the continued use of their current system, a machine that determines whether or not your actions are human.

And with *the release of the mobile platforms allowed players to press on the screen repeatedly without having to look at the screen constantly, also known as spam clicking.

and if you do your research Jagex has had many major issues with "botting offences" related to using touch screens.

unless you were a live streamer or recorded your gaming sessions, you will never have a fair chance at proving anything, and you are instantly assumed botting,

and I thinks it's shitty of jagex to just crap on us like this even after investing time and money into their company so they can grow.

its not my fault that their machine isn't human.

cause I'm sick and tired of everyone and everything saying I did something, Why doesn't jagex take responsibility for once. cause at the rate this OSRS mobile program is working, jagex will have a class action lawsuit on their hands.

By this point it is just theft. seeing as they had accepted payments while my account was under "investigation" . it was well over 1 month from the day of the "infraction" to the time of the ban, and they still accepted money for in game services during that period.

on top of it, the day of the infraction was the day I downloaded the client on my mobile device, not my fault they offered me the content within game to be as efficient as I was.

The hijacking 3 days before my ban was taken care of within the first 24 hours and wasn't allotted enough time to get rid of everything on my account so I know they couldn't have done much botting if any.

On top of everything, Jagex uses an IP tracker on their server, so every log in location and service provider is recorded, yet they cant tell that an IP address looks suspiciously out of place? so why are their still hijacking problems?

shouldn't jagex be asking for proper credentials when there is a change login location? whether its accessed via computer or mobile device.
