Most of the skills from level 1 to 99 need rework, and upgrading them to 120 will not fix the problem that we currently have.

The skills need to be reworked first, then upgraded to level 120. The mining and smithing rework was amazing and is a huge success. While as many know the invention on release was a failure with many problems, and 120 slayer did not add that many content. It is still the same grind as from 1 to 99 slayer but with more xp and thus it takes more time to obtain 120.

Skills need to be reworked and need to have more and different methods to increase the experience in it.

After the mining and smithing rework, finally now we can smith a high level armour even if it takes time, this is what should be done to all skills and not just say "yes lets upgrade to 120 and barely add content, or benefits.

Reworking skills is exactly what the game needs, many players reach level 99 and do not train higher than that, after you rework a skill these players will return to the game to try out the rework.

Also reworking skills will attract new players that's is a good thing since the mobile app is gonna be removed from beta one day.

Support. Ideas to increase skills to 120 pander to a small part of the player base that wants to grind themselves to death. Being 120 slayer, invention and dungeoneering I don’t really feel that I can do much more than at 99 to be honest.

1-99 wasn’t exactly balanced in the first place, so now there is an additional problem. The updates are no longer beneficial because Jagex made us rush to 120 with no real reason for it. I’m pretty sure that if slayer wasn’t 500k-1m Xp an hour, and corrupted creatures were released within 99 bracket with some sort of a benefit to killing then, not many players would complain that the update was bad. Same with dungeoneering, if floors were unlocked each level and xp gain was cut in 2 it would still feel as the same dungeoneering skill.

On the topic of dungeoneering, the unlocks are so old and unbalanced to the game that it’s not even funny. A skill that requires a user to get 120 with t 80 weaps as a reward is just laughable.

And we now get players who want to leave unbalanced skills as they are and instead increase the lv cap without dealing with the fundamental problems of those skills. Some even put out ideas to fill the 120 gap, without really explaining why those additions cannot be used for 1-99 range.

Not forgiven. 120 skills is not the way forward. Your crazy assumptions is what is stopping you from realising it.
