Asgarnia is a nation known for its strength against all odds. During times of crisis, the nation is known to bounce back twice as strong, and this is no exception. Again and again the hammer fell, first the destruction of Falador followed closely by the kingdom's assimilation in to Kandarin's empire, ransacked by rebellions, goblins and Kinshra, Asgarnia was shaped by the strikes of the hammer and forged to a blade. The tip drives true through the expectations of everybody; A king who wears no crown, an elite force armed with crystal, a strong bond between otherwise-reclusive nations that span all of Gielinor. The era that the kingdom enters is a strange one, but perhaps the strongest.
Now, as the rebellions settle, as the efforts to return Asgarnia to a stable condition finalize, the King is similarly settling in. Becoming far more open about his feats and what he's accomplished, a new creature settles atop a platform, a roost, constructed between the two peaks of the castle. A stark contrast to the brilliant white city, a large black dragon finds its home near its tamer. Skraegorn. A name that sends shivers down the spine of any who survived Sliske's Countdown, the beast was a fearsome and destructive force key in the assaults on Asgarnia. During his time hunting down the Wights and the Dollmaker that continued to terrorize the world after Sliske's demise, Jeoffrey had come across an egg that hatched the dragon's daughter, and through unknown methods, bent it to his will as it grew.
Jeoffrey's title, The Invincible Dragon, becomes clear. No force can stand against him. No beast can resist his will. Has Asgarnia come under the fist of another tyrant?
