A letter would have made it's way to James' quarters. The letter was written in a fine black ink, held no stamps or any way to distinguish where or whom it came from on the outside.
I write to inform you that I will be sending a detachment of twenty-seven ships from Port V**hanur to your eastern Shipyard upon the Isle of Karamja. Three days after you receive this letter, the ships will have left Port V**hanur and made way to your Isle. The contents of this detachment will be as follows:
A letter hastily made it's way to James Craven's own hands as best it could.
, ------- By the time you receive this letter, it would have probably been an hour after my incident with the Pravens. It would be in your best interest to no longer trust them as they have openly assaulted me with intent of death. I escaped after dealing two deaths and receiving no wounds in return. I will be on my way to speak with you as soon as I am able.
As the day carried on, troops began mounting up thicker positions along the whole of the isle, extra guardsmen emplacing themselves at the docks. Siege-defense weapons and ocean defense utilities began to be set up. Any unknown person entering the isle would require passage of various checks before they would be permitted to traverse the isle freely.
The navy began to liven up, ships carried more seamen than they had before and a detachment of around Two-hundred and fourty various ships began to prepare for an expeditionary event. It was no doubt that something was to happen in the near future. Only time may permit further updates now. The high-count of remaining ships took up defensive positions along all ends of the isle.
Original message details are unavailable. War horns would sound through the jungles of Karamja, Troop movements visable in the brush, trees seen collapsing around the edges of the jungle, sentries posted at the edges, small towers erected along the makeshift wall of trees, watching the sea. Sea trolls where sighting walking from the water up the beach to the jungle, and back, the clusters of them visable patrolling around Karamja's seaward perimeter under the blue.

A letter would find itself upon James' desk. Personally placed there by Serov.
" James Craven, At the time you read this letter it is likely that I will have departed from the isle in order to meet with a contact. I apologize for such an abrupt leave, It was required. I will return whence time permits, it is recommended that you find a suitable temporary placeholder for my position until my return.
Best of luck, Serov Ryskäl. "
At the bottom of the letter Serov left his signature and a thumb-print marked in ink."Good maps make good plans."

A lone fisherman sit at the docks, his legs cast over the edge as he look over the calm-waves where his line lay, awaiting any form of tug. This calmness was broken by the wake of four passing ships. Three Karamjan Frigate-Class ships and a single Cargo-Transport. They were departing from the isle, heading south around the Kharidian's southern tip. An unlogged voyage being sent out abroad."Good maps make good plans."

Finally arriving at an isle in the far north-east, the ships crew and logging companies which had been present upon the ships begin to set up camp. After a day's time of rest from the long voyage that was now behind them, the lumberjacks begin to set out upon the isle, prospecting for the perfect lumber."Good maps make good plans."

A fisherman cast the line from his rod into the waters. After some time of luring, he caught something! "Would you look at that!" The fisherman found the Karamja thread on page three! He hoisted the thing up, bringing it back to the first page.
A detachment of eight Scout-class ships departed from Karamja's major eastern dock. Now beginning minor patrols of the waters south of the Isle for any suspicious activities. Following such would be a minor increase of checks for those incoming and outgoing civil persons. ____ Effective for five continuous days until returned to normal, unless other-wise stated."Good maps make good plans."

Effective Immediately, as part of Naval Superiority Order: Asgarnia Region. Any ships passing to either the west or eastern side of Karamja would find a heavy Karamjan Naval presence in the area(Even more-so than normal.). This continued on as far south as the Northern edge of the Ape Atoll. Currently, no (non-Karamja) ships would be attempted to be held or seized. With that, All ships were capable of easily defending themselves with their outstanding arsenal and immense numbers.
Ashdale Region Karamjan Naval occupants found their way in all directions of Ashdale’s center, from the close/far west of the southern Feldip region; to-as far south and east of the far reaches of the [Pest Control] Island, though never entering coastal waters of the region.
General Westerly Region. Any area north of the [Soul Wars] and Elven coastal regions would carry a very light/minor presence. As with the rest, no passing ships would be hindered, but the Karamjan Naval Presence would be able to easily defend itself should the need arise.
General Easterly Region. Naval detachments which have been sent to the Eastern Region would hold the heaviest presence at the southernmost region of the Kharidian Desert’s southernmost point and south from there. On the east side of the Kharid, the ships would thin out immensely, and becoming even more-so once they reached the Morytanian region. As with the rest, no passing ships would be hindered, but the Karamjan Naval Presence would be able to easily defend itself should the need arise.
Northern Region. Very light/minor presence. As with the rest, no passing ships would be hindered, but the Karamjan Naval Presence would be able to easily defend itself should the need arise.
(Continued next post.)"Good maps make good plans."
(Continued from above.) Excluded Territory. Direct-Kandarin Waters.
Disclaimer. These naval units never seemed to cease their movement, scanning over all vectors and always alternating sides, trading places with each other from both reaches that would be shared. They never came close to the respected [aforementioned] lands so long as it was possible to avoid entering private waters. No passing ships would be hindered, but the Karamjan Naval Presence would be able to easily defend itself should the need arise.
Side note. For any ships passing excessively close to Karamjan(which is not likely to happen) naval units, they (with a keen eye), would be able to spot Sea Trolls clinging firmly to both sides of the Karamjan naval units."Good maps make good plans."
A detachment of Miscellenia-Class ships exit Karamjan waters, heading east around the Kharidian Desert's southern tip before making their way North to the Voshanur Drydocks."Good maps make good plans."
I Castigo Isaid: *A dozen warships flying the flag of Asgarnia made their way into the port of Brimhaven. No one could tell what they were up to, but as they began unloading large, heavy-looking chests, only one thing was clear- whatever was going on was big.*
Slaves! Built the pyramids! Slaves! Built the great wall!
A courier recently departed from Varrock, making it's way to Karamja in order to deliver a letter.
"James, I contact you from my ruled state of Varrock in order to procure a substantial amount of raw materials for multiple building projects. I would hope that we may be able to meet in the near future to discuss the plausibility of acquiring such a service.
Your old friend, Serov.""Good maps make good plans."
