During the Black Friday sale I decided to do some surveys to gain RuneCoins in order to purchase Bank Boosters and Skill Bars. I saw an offer that was from Hulu. I decided getting 1 month of Hulu for 300+ Runecoins wouldn't be a bad move so I subscribed even though I already have access to Hulu from my family. Sadly I received 0 Runecoins for this and instead just received a monthly bill. (PeanutLabs offer)

While waiting on my Hulu coins that I thought were incoming I clicked another survey on the Jagex Site and was redirected to a malicious site that had a bunch of popups telling me I had pornographic malware detected on my computer. I knew the warning was bogus and that clicking on it would probably actually give me an issue. I was using my work computer from my house so I had to have my IT department check the computer for any malicious software just in case the computer really was infected.

My rant isn't that I did not get RuneCoins.


My rant is that even after going through the appropriate venues I never received RuneCoins for either the malicious survey or the Hulu subscription. I submitted tickets on both of the surveys and was never contacted. I then did what the Jagex site says to do....submit a ticket after 48 hours. It has now been weeks and I have heard nothing from the third party companies OR Jagex. I find this to be unacceptable. Not only did I not receive the RuneCoins and missed out on the promotions, Jagex's links set me to a malicious site that compromised my computer. Wasn't expecting that whatsoever. Furthermore, I now am paying for Hulu I don't need and never even got the bonus! Truly hoping someone from Jagex sees this post and goes through their tickets....I am a Gold Premium Club Member...I expected better Customer Service.

Yes, I already contacted Peanut Labs and waited 48 hours. After no response I then contacted Jagex via a support ticket and never received any response.

If you hang in there, it'll probably be remedied.

The problem is, you shouldn't have to go far out of your way to be satisfied.

You are a priority only so far as they don't want to get in any real trouble.

You should be a high priority without having to squeak very loud for some grease.

Some real person (not you) should take an actual punch to the nuts for your inconvenience.

I could only get peanut labs to pay out and then I only did surveys. I never used
my debit or charge card for anything.

I also used a seperate email so all the spam and junk email would go to that
one email account.

When you do surveys people complain about not getting paid. I can give you
a couple tips.. One ... when you begin your surveys you will be asked to fill out
a questionaire about yourself.. how many kids you have your income etc.
Make sure you use the same information when you are doing surveys.

Completing surveys isn't the issue here though. The issue is that the survey didn't even exist and it directed me to a malicious site...and because of that I had bigger issues that just not getting coins. The other issue is that I now pay money for Hulu and don't get anything in return.

I understand there is a queue system....but it's been quite awhile since Thanksgiving at this point and I expected at least a "We will work to resolve this." Instead I feel completely ignored.

Thank you for moving this to the appropriate section. I have already contacted both 3rd parties and I also submitted a support ticket. How long does it take to have these things looked at? And at this point if I don't have the Black Friday Sale anymore I'd truly rather have the equivalent of Treasure Hunter Keys instead since without the Black Friday Sale, Solomon's isn't really appealing since I'm not a fan of fashion.
