I'm having same problem...went to play today and all of a sudden it won't load , it says needa update and then I open the store and it won't update !!! =/ please help I got a Samsung galaxy s8 plus I'm so so so sad rn2baKed
Sorry to post yet again... I'm just praying there's some kind of fix... I dunno what to do!!! I'm so sad without mobile...it's been my only way of playing recently...and everything was working great!! Now today when it tries to update it won't... I don't get why it just doesn't work now!! Go back to the old b etta where everyone could play and was happy...if anyone knows anything please let me know this is so frustrating!! It should update like every other app and be on the way...osrs works!! And the beta was working great for me

Hi all, Im not optimistic for a fix any time soon, reading other posts by jagex mods (not on official forms) shows there was an intentional device compatibility removal, mainly tablets. With no official announcement.
While we appreicate this is a beta these kind of players feel blind-sided by the device removal. (with no annoucement on forums)
What i find amazing is jagex mods respond more frequently on websites that is not the official RS forums, which begs the question why do players take the time to post here.
Of course we would assume this post gets read by a jmod working on rs3 mobile (which worked amazingly well) but in reality this shows the level of community customer service - no feedback to the player. (Over 6 weeks in my case) Happy players = more money for jagex
Rs3 beta was working great for myself for months(no issues), OSrs mobile works fine. Samsung galaxy tab s2. (Reported issue details n correct forum section)
Please can we have some kind of update Jagex? Many thanks
