Taken from the updated proposal:

We’ve got two options here, we’ll decide which option based off feedback and where the current capes sit in comparison to our definitions of T1, T2 & T3 lore categories.

Option 1 –
-Make Lore T1 and the Quest Cape the same thing. Cosmetically and mechanically. If you’ve completed all quests you’ll get the Lore T1 cape (Which will still be called the quest cape) and it’ll look like the current quest cape.
-Add a new cape at lore T2 which will have more requirements than the current quest cape, but less than the current Master Quest cape.(And be a new design)
-Make Lore T3 and the Master Quest Cape the same thing. Cosmetically and mechanically. If you’ve unlocked the master quest cape, you’ll get the Lore T3 cape (Which will still be called the Master Quest Cape)

Option 2 –
- Make a NEW Lore T1, T2 & T3 cape.
-The requirements for Lore T1, 2 & 3 will be similar but not identical to above. T1 will probably require all quests, T3 will sit around the level of Master Quest cape and T2 will sit somewhere between them.
-If you have the lore T1 cape, you’ll unlock a cosmetic override of the Current Quest Cape
-If you have the lore T3 cape you’ll unlock a cosmetic override of the current Master Quest Cape

Now, i'm definitely against the removal of the quest capes, so seeing this change put a small smile on my face. What conflicts me is that both options now seem fine, though I would definitely like to see some concept are of what the the "lore capes" might look like, and if they function the same as current lore capes.

As long as were able to keep the current looks in some way, I don't see as much of an issue here.

I've been working my way towards MQC but over the last 2 months I haven't had time to play as much, so seeing that it's staying is a good thing.

Definitely want to see concept are for possible lore capes though

I support the part in

. Week well spent.

Option 1 - keep the quest cape and its other versions as is. Adding a tier 2 in between can also work. I hope this is the same case as the max cape since the only cape that is overpowered and most demanding is the completionist and trimmed variant. While I don’t like the prospect of the completionist cape getting devalued, I am intrigued by the arrow retrieval perk being distributed for all that have obtained the Ava’s accumulator/alerter.

I think option two would give them more freedom to design a new 3-tiered-set of capes. Within option one the tier-2-cape needs to be a stepping stone between the modern QPC and the MQC.

I'd personally would prefer option two with a twist: While they should hand out free cosmetic overrides of the existing QPC/MQC alongside the new lore capes, the former two still should be buyable in physical form for their skillcape perks as well as a costume room collection.
Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
Quick Fixes: Invention

That would be lame.
