I couldn't see it ever rising in price by any notable amount. Its a non-degradable, fully tradable amulet that, while better than a normal Fury, is still temporary at best. Fury (t) is not tied to the price of an onyx, a blood shard can't be added, and I'd assume that most people who would actually use this would sooner grab a Saradomin amulet instead. Those offer 36/2 damage/prayer and are MUCH cheaper aside from the Murmur.

As stated above, there are also untradable alternatives that win out against it. Dragon Rider, while not providing as good of stats, buffs Dragon's Breath pretty damn nicely. By no means is it a huge increase to dps, but that combined with its prayer bonus is enough to beat out the +4 damage difference. Dungeoneering amulets are fairly easy to get, and they can also have Blood Shards attached to them. Even the normal Blood Fury wins out against the Fury (t) for its healing benefit alone. Desert Amulet 4 isn't as good as the Fury (t) in most situations, but it does have its niche at KK as well as unlimited teleports to Nardah where one can fully restore their prayer/LP.

Now this isn't to say that the Fury (t) is useless - it is a very good and practical amulet for what it is. It just needs to be kept in mind that most amulets have no level requirement and, until Blood Shards are Hydrix jewelry are involved, this is a temporary stepping stone to better options at best. It offers no utility or passives, so there's no reason to keep it once a suitable alternative is obtained.

Also, more Fury (t)'s are probably entering the game than normal Fury amulets at this point; Not to mention the huge rush of clues being completed probably saw a lot of Fury (t)'s enter the market. Blood Shards remove Furies from the market, and Onyxes find more use as charges for Hydrix jewelry. Outside of being an ironman, there isn't much reason to craft a Fury amulet anymore.

So yeah, aside from being rare there isn't much concrete reason to consistute any notable price increase any time soon. They aren't worth holding on to once you can get something better, and in my opinion aren't cosmetically appealing enough to make them a common keepsake. Its a very nice amulet for lower level players or those who can't afford Hydrix jewelry, but it just doesn't provide anything else notable.

-All tradable amulets with the exception of the Saradomin's Murmur/Whisper/Hiss (needs 70 range/attack/magic respectively) have no level requirement to wear, and attaching a blood shard to a fury requires 80 crafting (assistable). So even at 3 combat, one can wear an Amulet of Souls. They could also wear a Fury, but if they have the cash to spare then why not take the superior one?
-Yup.
-Yeah, it would. But the Fury (t) doesn't have a level req. In the same vein, neither does Souls/Reapers. Jewelry is pretty unique in the sense that stat-wise there is no requirement to wear what is effectively BiS. Only notable exception/argument regarding BiS jewelry and reqs would be Asylum Surgeon's Ring, which requires 85 defence.
-Fury (t) being given the option to attach a Blood Shard would be pretty cool as long as it doesn't look exactly like the current Blood Fury. Or overly reflects the current skybox.
