Jagex won't take money

So guys. I am attempting to buy a number of one off payments bonds/keys. For some reason jagex will not even attempt to take my payments. I click pay and instantly it says payment rejected. I legit used the same card/address/everything like 1 day ago to buy the exact same thing?
Why now is jagex deciding to not take my money and give me what I want? It does not make sense.
Anyone had the same issue? And anything you did to fix it? Thanks.
P.s card details are not wrong, card is not expired, there is funds available, international transactions are active (as I bought like 24 hours ago), my bank says they don't know what is happening.
Jagex is legit just rejecting my payments before they even attempt to take my money? I just don't understand why?

Thanks for your explanation. Weird jagex won't explain it to me. anyways I presume the block will be lifted once previous payments clear from my bank? Indicating jagex took them and will take the block off?

So,its same problem for me,spend 50 euros on nothing,money are gone and have no bonds...then i will get my refund? or its gone?? bought day ago and today,same thing happened about transaction error. P.S I SPEND ON RS3

Your payment is set in pending status even when sometimes a card is declined or transaction. Some payment processors do this, don't know why it can be very annoying. If you don't have any bonds and you see the transaction as captured then contact billing support. Options for billing are normally found through your Account page.

I'd double check if I were you though. To confirm the euros are gone check the account of the card and see if there are any payments as pending. Remember, certain e-gift cards are not eligible for online purchases.
