Decided to jump back in and play some Runescape after maybe a year away from the game. I went through the process of starting back up a one month recurring membership with the same card I have used on the account for a couple of years but the payment was rejected over and over.

I deleted the card and reentered the details and still the same result. I also called my bank and they confirmed there was no issue with the card and I have since used it to pay other online bills so there is no issue with funds or anything in that regard.

Not quite sure whats going on here? Jagex is refusing my card for some unknown reason? I did read that there is some kind of soft lock if you buy too many bonds in a short time frame but I have made no Jagex or Runescape related purchase in over a year.

Any advice?
