I am trying to purchase a bond or two using my cell phone, however, I'm being told...

"Sorry, this offer is currently not supported on your mobile network."

I am a Verizon Wireless customer. So, I have contacted them and was told that the issue is not on my end (not on Verizon Wireless). I'd really appreciate some help here, thank you.

(To shed some light, I need to pick up my new debit card from my bank, and so cannot charge my card this moment.)

If you are using an iOS mobile, you won't be able to buy Bonds through the mobile.

If your Runescape account logs in with a login/password, you can buy Bonds for the account if you use a pc while doing the purchase.
If your Runescape account is a Game Centre account, you won't be able to buy Bonds until you Add a login email to Game Center accounts and then use a pc.

No, it's an Android phone and everything I said above does not apply, sorry.

Work through the points on the Common PaybySMS/Boku Issues support page.

There are two contact points at the bottom: the blue button takes you to Boku Support and the "we may be able to help" link takes you to Jagex' Billing Support.
