So, lots of new outfits that get released tend to come in three different looks that can all be combined into one master outfit that gives increased effects.
On top of that, many of the skill outfits out at the moment have an exp boosting set and a special set that gives bonus'. Owning the exp boosting set adds that effect to the special set, although not listed on the drop down of effects.

The biggest issue with all these outfits is constantly needing to change from one to the other. Generally, a quick need to use a skill won't warrant the effort, but something like Player Owned Farm would benefit from the outfit, even for just five minutes.

Most of these outfits don't have slots in costume room to store them either, only Diango can hold them so there's also a bank issue in having to collect all these outfits to swap between when you need them.

I suggest one, complete Skilling Outfit; Helmet, Chest, Legs, Gloves and Boots.

As long as you have the entire skilling outfit unlocked including all its variants and having it combined, such as Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby Golem being combined into Magic Golem, its effects will be added to the Skilling outfit. The outfit will have a drop down option to swap between different skill outfits that have been unlocked on it to access the customisation of each skilling outfit.

The outfit will have its own look but as you train in a skill, the outfit will transform into the skilling outfit of that skill. Mining will transform into Magic Golem or its variants, depending on your own setting in the customisation screen, also including the golden mining outfit if that is the look you'd prefer.

After one minute of not receiving exp in the skill you're training, it will revert to its original form.

I believe this is a possible effect due to there being a couple of emotes that, when performed, will change your wardrobe outfit from one outfit to another. This is a similar effect, swapping emotes with the skilling animations.

This has been asked over and over again, and was mostly met with negativity. You just don't need more than one outfit at a time anyway.

There's no real difference between the costume room and Diango, both can be accessed from the bank interface.

This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

There's quite a difference.
For one thing, the costume room is very organized and easy to find what you're looking for as similar items are generally grouped nearby each other.
Diango's is a mess with no organization what so ever.
Have outfits stored in the costume room or with Diango isnt the issue, its the constant need to retrieve the sets, wear them, the restore after finishing training.

It's just a hassle and one outfit with all benefits (as long as the corresponding outfit has been unlocked in full) would be very streamlined which is what Jagex tends to do, streamline as much as possible.

Yet theres never hardly a time or place when you're training more than one skill to req this.
