Buffs if switching targets in Deathmatch and other PvP minigames (unless I'm mistaken, I don't do PvP minigames) should stay, switching targets in dangerous PvP clearing buffs is a bit more understandable.
Prayer drop should be a channeled threshold for Ranged and Magic but only take 2 ticks to charge up so you can still use the ability in 3 ticks like a non-channel. Melee can keep Havoc/Smash's prayer drop.
Could always make it so they have to have attacked you for you to not lose adrenaline and buffs when switching, so if your in multi and have more than one player on you there isn't any downside to prioritizing which enemy to attack based on the situation.Why no game balance in RS3 Jagex || VN discussion Thread

When you switch an action bar keep holding shift until it actually switches, inconvenient, but it won't trigger your ability.
I mainly use melee, I never noticed any abilities not hitting since a long while ago. It was either patched or I haven't been fighting moving targets that much.
What I did notice is that if you use an ability, it will activate even if you can't reach your target. For melee users when their target runs away and binds them, they're forced to cancel what might be a strong threshold for the sake of a smash/barge.
The same issue allows almost 1 ticking two non combo abilities or two hits of a combo ability, so it can be considered as a "feature".
I keep repeating this, debilitate, stuns, prayer removing abilities, binds, and all special effects abilities I forgot should trigger their effect even if the ability splashed, until RNG is properly applied to PvP.
I tested player walking following your comment on my guide. It appears that you can't walk on someone to cancel their combo ability either so things like asphyxiate and onslaught will hit all the way.

Agreed on surge, barge, and escape working in all areas. 99time said it's going to be OP, I'm still curious about how OP it'll be.
