" But I was also told that there are currently no plans to start working on it. Did you read my suggestion? I was suggesting that it is made a priority, and they start working on it. How is this against the rules?

It's disingenuous to make up new rules on the fly to justify your decisions and then blame forum users for going against the rules.
Jokku23, I locked your thread because it is the same sentiment as your thread that was locked - asking for the Clan Banner Bug to be fixed. You are aware it will be fixed, and starting more threads on it will not contribute to it being fixed faster.
If you disagree with my decisions in moderating, you can feel free to take it to the Forum Moderation Review thread, as that is the proper channel for disagreeing with a moderating decision. Creating a thread about it is not.
