Hi there,

I raised an issue to billing support inidcating that I applied for this Premier Gold Club on the wrong account and request for the membership to be transfered over to the right one. I've still not gotten a reply. Will they be in touch with me anytime soon or within 48 hours prior to when I raised the issue as stated?

Just wondering cause every minute counts and I need assurance that the transfer would fall through smoothly. I have yet to even access members prior to purchase because it was bought on this account (wrong account).

They usually reply back within 48 hours, although it can sometimes take up to 72 hours if they're busy. If you haven't heard back after this time, I'd send in a new payment support ticket :)

I am on osrs, bought the $100 premier club.... never got a code to redeem for the emote... also customer service is nothing but clicking link after link after link.. i legit just want my code for my year membership on OLD SCHOOL!

So, I'm a bit confused and disappointed as the New Year arrives I have lost access to the following:

1. Hellion Aura
2. Daily Aura Reset
3. Premier Club Forums (Note: I never ventured there to begin with, but as I have questions about the loss of the above it would be nice to have access to others that have Premier Club as there are likely some Veterans that could help me out. JS)

I bought my Premier Club Jan 16, 2018 1:22:43 AM according to my order confirmation email.

While I was still able to access the Premier Club Vault, I cannot use or access the aforementioned items. Why? My year of service has not ended.

After reading over everything I could possibly find on Premier Club 2019 (unable to find anything from Jagex about 2018... Maybe I didn't look hard enough?) I found no information stating that access to these items would end on the first day of the new year. Yet, I was able to find that you can purchase the next years (2019) Premier Club package and use it while it was still 2018 with your previous Premier Club package.

Now, I have more questions.
Is my Premier Club acting as intended?
When people sign up for Premier Club for the next year early do they have immediate access to their new perks such as the Artefact or is that item not usable until the first of the next year?

If people signing up for Premier Club early DO get access to the Artefect early AND it works on the day of purchase please see the following otherwise disregard:
Is it the intention to give the "early birds" an advantage by allowing access to both years subscription packages/content?
Does that mean that the people that have signed up for Premier Club 2019 get a few extra months to use their Artefact and other content/perks? Example: 13/11/2018 - 1/1/2020
Or do they lose their access after 365 days?

I'm also curious about this. I've redeemed tokens but cannot figure out where the applicable overrides are located. I think I chose Darkwing, something else, and I redeemed a christmas jumper override (even though that doesn't totally have to do with this thread).

Come to think of it, a lot of overrides that I had a year or so ago are missing as well... What's going on?
