Welcome to the clan thread for Same! We are a friendly, community-based clan. Founded by a group of close knit friends, the clan is strongly oriented toward helping others and creating friendships. In addition to the friendly atmosphere, Same provides many PvM opportunities: readily available teams for Vorago, Rise of the Six, Kalphite King, and more! If you aren't into killing things, the clan has an avatar that is nearly always out. We welcome all players who meet the reqs, enjoy the forum page! SUPREME LOOT QUEEN OF REGIMENT

The clan is primarily comprised of North Americans - there are a few Australians and British people, but not many. People from all time zones are welcomed; we are aiming to build a community that is active 24/7! As stated above, the activities most often done by the clan are PvM related. We are hoping to change that by organizing clan events, which will be covered later-on. Below is a list of high ranks in the clan:
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to guest in the clan or PM one of us. Drama is not tolerated, bad behavior will result in a temporary ban. If there is a problem in the clan, PM one of the higher ranks and we will deal with it discreetly and quickly. SUPREME LOOT QUEEN OF REGIMENT

Before getting into recruitment and requirements, please note that the requirements are not meant to alienate or exclude any type of player. It is completely possible to join without either of the requirements.
The clan is nearly always looking for new members to add their own special qualities and expand our community. The recruitment process simply consists of guesting in the clan chat for a while (time isn't definite, just until upper ranks feel they know you enough and can make a decision) to ensure that this clan is a good fit for you. Feel free to come along to clan events to get to know all of us!
The requirements for joining Same are 1750 total level or 110 combat. It is completely possible to join while only meeting one requirement. It is also possible to join while meeting neither, but please note that the decision will consist more of whether the upper ranks feel you are a good fit and what you can contribute to our community. The ranking system is still in the works and is being tweaked. While the clan is small, the ranking system will not be applied strictly, but as the clan grows, the ranking system will be more set in stone. The system consists of four categories: clan XP, capping/fealty, participation, and behavior.
Meeting the threshold acts as a basis of getting a rank-up. As it stands at the moment, the XP amounts are more scaled towards higher-leveled players. They have been scaled down for players with lower totals.
>2250 total level: 100%
<2250 total level: 85%
<2100 total level: 80%
<2000 total level: 75%
<1800 total level: 70%
<1750 total level: 65%
<20m XP earned while in the clan. Once you meet this threshold, you may be considered for a rank-up.
20-50m XP earned while in the clan.
50-75m XP earned while in the clan.
75-100m XP earned while in the clan.
100-125m XP earned while in the clan.
125-150m XP earned while in the clan.
150-200m XP earned while in the clan.
300m XP+ earned while in the clan.
Capping is an important part of any clan. It will be mandatory at some points (really, only when completely necessary), but is always strongly encouraged, especially if one is looking for a rank-up. The more you cap, the stronger your chance for a rank-up will be. If you would like to be considered for a rank-up, you should have attained fealty level 3. Not capping when asked or consistently not doing any type of capping will result in warnings. On the third offense, consideration for derank will be taken.

This portion comes from your participation in the clan as a whole, via talkativeness, helpfulness, etc. Not being talkative will not necessarily hurt your chances if you are willing to help other members - we all understand that some people are just not talkative, and don't want that to hurt the chances of people deserving of a rank-up. Contributing to the community in any way will strengthen your chance for a rank up. Unfortunately, there is not a completely objective way to measure this category. As it stands now, the Owner and Deputy Owners will be the primary "board" for rank-ups and will determine how much someone has participated.
Bad behavior will result in warnings, consideration for deranking, instant deranking, or a kick and ban from the clan, depending on the severity of the incident. Drama is not tolerated and will be dealt with discreetly and quickly. Likewise, good behavior that is noticed by upper ranks (helping people out, regularly going to help with team bosses/efforts, general friendliness) will greatly increase your chance of a rank-up - to be a high rank in a clan, good behavior is essential. As the clan is small, events are few and far between. Vorago teams have been very popular lately, as they can consist of up to 8 or so people. We are always willing to take learners to bosses we're doing - feel completely free to ask to come with! Once the clan grows a bit, some probable events that may happen include white/purple portal fights, Castle Wars, and Soul Wars. These events would likely happen around once a week around reset time (00:00 UTC). SUPREME LOOT QUEEN OF REGIMENT
