Hey everyone,

For the last hour we've had an outage on five worlds in RuneScape, this has been a network issue which left accounts stuck.

We're in the process of bringing these worlds back up so you can access your accounts once more.

Unfortunately due to the outage, if you were one of the accounts stuck on these worlds you may find that you've lost up to fifteen minutes of progress prior to the crash, this is something we can't recover

Holy crap the community manager is using the official forums!

need to screen shot incase no-one believes me.
Jagex - Given up trying to win any decent

Please remove the over the top notifications for mimic tokens, its a 10k item no-one wants, it doesn't need a message and loot beam.

Hi Mod Shauny,

This is quite late info. I am not able to access Runescape for almost 2 hours now.

I cannot imagine a player having level up and received a pet during the last 15 minutes before he logout.

What are the five impacted worlds ?

Hi, is the issue fixed? I am still not able to login. The client crash after the lobby with the error message: "A heap has been corrupted. (c0000374)". Please give us a feedback. Thanks! Evoke.

You did not mention you downloaded the client from
ANOTHER BROWSER
as the official Jagex support stated so.

Did you actually do that? If not, maybe you should try. Otherwise, I'll recommend instead of posting multiple times in the forum, you should just follow the official Jagex Support Centre link to contact them to have a look since apparently very few still have this problem after Jagex fixed it.
