Crafting, Fletching, Construction and Woodcutting Reworks are next on the list.
Copy and Paste code for Woodcutting and Fletching with Mining and Smithing...DONE!

Crafting and Construction?
Shit...Touchy there.

Crafting needs a complete overhaul when it comes to making armors and staves.
Other than that...we're good.

Shame really because reduction of DailyScape is something which can be done as part of regular patching. It doesn't have to be an all-in-one project never to be touched again once shipped. :|

Achievement: Dailyscape
Description: Hand in a daily challenge ten days in a row.
Release Date: Nov, 2018

I think it answered OP's question. ;)

I think that achievement is fine. I wouldn't even consider daily challenges to be part of the problem since you can stack them (up to five) and do them all in one day for the same reward. Just that more content (such as sandstone mining) should follow suit.
Low on bank space? Click here.

Tbh, I'd prefer they did it as a standalone project, since really, it's mostly just rebalancing, rather than making new assets etc, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Of course if they missed something, the missed stuff could be addressed in retrospect, but if you go with the delivery in batches, you get stuff like bank rework: taster delivered, rest of it cancelled, and some people don't care about it anymore because the taster did something to them already.

Being able to stack them like that can help, but it's not enough: there are so many dailyscape pieces of content, that even if you made all of them able to be stacked like that, it'd still be too much work piled on top of itself for the average Joe to be able to do.

Bank rework was not cancelled. It was put on hold until Mobile is finished, and they have been looking into whether they can add placeholders earlier as that seems to be the most wanted new feature. I don't know if they found out they can't do it yet or what, but the rework certainly has not been cancelled.

On Topic: Yeah "Dailyscape" has never stopped. I kinda made a snarky joke about that on Reddit, when the Halloween Event came out. It sucks, but "Dailyscape" is, in part, tied to Treasure Hunter, so I doubt it will be mitigated any time soon.
Why RS Mobile is a stupid idea

The last game jam had a few projects related to reducing daily scape: https://runescape.wiki/w/Game_Jam_(October_2018)

Looking into Guthixian Cache and Soul Reaper.
Random times for cache spawns, only allow player who were training Divination to participate.
Change game play to be less competitive.
Depositing memories into cache would give Divination experience and reward experience would become bonus experience (equivalent to 10 minutes of training).
No limit to the amount of times cache could be participated in; and memory conversion bonus would be given every time with the duration reduced to 15 minutes. Other bonuses would be removed.
Diviner's outfit drop rate would be reduced.
Possibly alter traditional Divination training to account for changing Guthixian Cache.
Mod Sova is looking at making some new machines to help with dailyscape.
Mod Sova is also going to be working on his previous TAPP to allow players to change what left-click/hotkey does for items on their action bar.
Combine rune sellers into a single shop.
Make Phoenix Lair repeatable with rebalanced pet and phoenix quill drop rate.

I am personally not really a fan of most of those changes, since they mostly encourage prolonged game sessions to reap the very same reward (especially those to daily d&ds). To be honest: Best solution for daily d&ds simply is adapting the fish flingers system. You get a few daily tickets, but you could accumulate them for a few days. Otherwise convert dailies to weeklies with increased rewards.

It could be they're releasing a few of them in february, as it has a few game jam slots reserved and they hadn't mentioned anything, but the farm improvements in the preview.
Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
Quick Fixes: Invention

Tbf, what you call the best solution is effectively encouraging prolonged gaming sessions for those that can't play a lot/play mostly on weekends; since they don't have the time to play much regularly, their daily tickets would accumulate, and they'd have to just do the dailies more times on the same day rather than across multiple days.

Sure, it'd help them not to miss out on any days by giving them such leeway, but if you truly want to get rid of dailyscape, you have to either change the content to normal content without time restrictions, or significantly reduce the effort required to complete the dailyscape content, such as by changing a daily D&D to a monthly D&D, keeping the reward the same or increasing it. Only then will you actually have more free time from dailyscape to do what you really want to do.
