As everyone probably already knows, fires in world 84 are annoying and bothersome. No one should be making lines of fires anymore as the bonfire mechanic is much better to use. The fire also lags most mobile users and some pc users. Just give us the ability to put out fires or make it so you can only have one fire from one player at a time OR make it a bannable offense for fire polluting an area. PLEASE just do something, is it that hard?

Agreed.

Love how all these threads are always about w84 and like theres no other worlds out there.

I understand why it is but still.

Either find a different world or host your own.

Besides going to another place, perhaps JAGEX could give us the ability to mute excess graphics. Like, if someone is doing lines of fires, have a setting where you can chose to see those fires or not see them. Same for other peoples familiars. That would take care of the clutter and performance issues.

Why should jagex do anything if you choose to be around these type of things?

Im not saying they should or should not do anything at all. Though, there are advantages to being able to mute certain graphics, especially on smaller devices like phones and tabs.

I tend to ignore fire lines but some of my devices don't. lol

This is no big deal either way.

Fires used to be extinguishable in the past by using an item with water on it. Jagex removed it because trolls were constantly extinguishing the fires people were cooking on.
Some people still make lines for the ashes as they're used in Summoning and the introduction of bonfires and special ashes from demons greatly reduced the amount of ashes entering the game.

Go to another world. W84 is known to be filled with trolls.
