alright guys... i have a few topics/ideas to discuss with you all and hopefully at least one of them gets some attention. I believe they are solid concise ideas. I dont know how vague or precise i will be in my definitions and thoughts but here we go. I hope this gets some gears turning with everyone so we can get some new content introduced into the game. I believe these are original ideas.
PSA: I am very sorry for the format,grammar, rambling on in the section below. I am pressed for time while typing this as to not waste exp. I have had these ideas since i watched a Q and A where someone mentioned an idea about tying f2p into p2p, as well as the partner slayer idea. The first idea is just something i came up with and hopefully it is considered. Thank you all for your time if you read this.
I will be addressing 3 main topics, plus a bit more in this post. The first one is a new pvm idea, the second is a f2p/members barrier idea, and third idea is a revamp to the "slayer partner" system. Then there will a content section to tie all 3 ideas together.
This type of system would be challenging because you'll have to bring multiple combat styles and attack styles alike. Some kills would probably be easy and some will be way more challenging with limited gear.

The first idea would be called "The Elder Keep". I believe there should be another mid/endish game pvm solo version introduced. It would be a combination of nmz/barrows/champion scrolls/the old dominion tower all combined. It could be a 4 way elemental dungeon too. Earth,wind,fire,water. It would be a test of endurance and pvm mechanics. You could face one/most/all/a variety of high level bosses that are considered soloable. You could climb/descend a tower or make your way through a tunnel system and once you finish your run you can climb out or 1-2 doors per room and you can pick your next boss via entering/exiting the room and all doors lead to the end. I believe you should be able to get a drop from the boss you kill plus a second roll on a chest similar to barrows chest; once you kill the boss you get their items added to the chest. You could have a 50-100k gp per instance fee. There could also be an economy booster like every 10 chests, you have to pay a random barrows piece determined by the slayer master. (or a higher percentage of the lower cost items to help bring their value back up).
NOTE: The entire system stated above could have multiple versions. There could be a slayer version with a new slayer master/new quest content/new monsters introduced etc. The slayer version could be you have to pay coins/supplies to the slayer master to get a new gauntlet generated. This could mean that you get 10-20 of 5-10 different monsters to slay in the tunnels/tower where they all pile you in multi or you have to have 3-5 different slayer monsters in the same room going up against all 3 attack styles. there is alot of different variety in this topic for the how and when and where of the monsters to be slain. Their could be mid/high level versions of this minigame.
The quest would take you all around runescape touching base on all the quests/bosses you might have completed/faced. Edgars ruse fused with lost city, lunar dipomacy, one small favour.

This system is very similar to nightmare zone where you would have to have atleast 5-10 quests completed to start.
I believe it should be a solo journey but there could be a mid level version of the bosses especially for the slayer aspect. It could also be a duo system but 2x as long. This would definitely rejuvenate the slayer skill. Certain mid level requirements could be set in place like thieving, combat level, skill total, agility etc. You would have to have the requirements to kill that boss/that quest completed to be able to slay that monster. You would have to have a certain amount of bosses unlocked to start a gauntlet. This wouldn't apply to slayer as much; you would just get the slayer monsters you are able to slay.
The second main idea would be an update to the partner slayer system. This idea would give incentive to slaying with your friends. There could be 3-4 different slayer dungeons introduced per elements or range/mage/melee. I believe this could introduce a huge amount of content. There could be a partner quest you have to complete like shield of arrav and heroes. There could be a new slayer monster introduced that can only be slain with a partner. This monster would drop new slayer gear that is broken in half/two different colors. and once it is worn it merges boosts/stats/gear bonuses/ by a few percent.
The armour would give a set effect such as damage bonus/def bonus/percentage bonus/exp bonus. Once the full armour set is equipped (helm/plate/legs/kite), you get the full set effect. The slayer monster that drops this gear could be an easier version of kalphite queen or tormented demons and has to be turn base with your partner (damage caps per turn)(hits per turn). This could be simplified with just a broken in half slayer helmet that both you and your partner have to have equipped. ( A force grabs at both you and merges your powers together) .

All 4 GWD bosses

The third and final idea would be a f2p/p2p course. The course can be completed on free to play worlds and would give free to play players an idea on what to expect on members worlds and show them the infinite options on p2p worlds. This course could be in a figure 8 where you can repeat it or in an A to F format, or even a quest format where you go around to each f2p city and complete a p2p task. There would be p2p npc's at each station that you can turn in your p2p item for the next task. There would be a level cap set in place on f2p worlds as high as 5-8. There would defintely need to be a disclaimer in place to let the player know that their account will no longer be considered a "true" f2p skill total and they will have pay to play stats aquired. Alternatively, there could be no exp rewarded on f2p worlds but just the exploration aspect of it. There could be a mid level boss introduced here as well on f2p worlds. You would have to complete the course to have a chance to face the boss.
There are 8 members skills that could be touched on with this idea to give a f2p player a general idea of these skills and how the work. They could slayer crawling hands or cave bugs until they get an item to turn into the next npc for the next item, such has bait to catch a low level hunter monster to get another item to fletch a crossbow. Then they could turn the crossbow into the next npc for an agility token to use the agility course. Then they would be rewarded 5-10 planks/ con supplies to construct a dining room inside the area. Then rewarded a few seeds to plant in the garden patch, and trade the fruits farmed in for a secondary ingredient for herblore to make a potion. Thieiving could be used to get the other secondary ingredient.

This is basically a way to incorporate all the p2p skills into a fun action filled tutorial island if you will for what to expect on p2p worlds. There could be 2-3 variants of each skill incorporated into this course/tunnel. It could be placed all within a general area or spread out to the boarders of the f2p map, or beyond. This course could be placed under or around varrock/fally/lumbridge. There could be multiple locations.
The final tie in to my ideas would be pets. A quest would also be cool, new mid/high level gear. I believe this would be a great opportunity to add pets into the game as a gauntlet chest reward as well as new monster pets. The duo slayer pet would be two toned blob of all the monsters combined. You could either get any pet of the monsters slain or a totally new gauntlet pet.
