The situation with the Forum Moderation Review thread is beyond ridiculous.

It is now
TWENTY EIGHT DAYS
since the last post by a member of Jagex Staff, and thirty issues are outstanding.

In other words, it has been a
month
since Jagex Community Management felt that it could be bothered to address concerns raised by members of the community.

I'm sorry, but no matter how short staffed you are, or how many holidays come up, there is no excuse whatsoever for this complete and total lack of professionalism.

Forum Moderation Review is
- one of the very few places where players, rightly or wrongly, feel that their concerns are being looked at by a real, live human.
- a simple way for Jagex to engage directly with the community of players that the company claims to support.
- the way in which the company assures players that its volunteer moderators are not gung ho and out of control.
- the primary means by which Jagex can show that it has not completely given up on its own official forums, in favour of sexier social media alternatives.

Jagex CM need to grow up, grow a pair and stop making excuses for ignoring players.

Nothing you can do about it - I had a message in my inbox from a jmod on Jan 2 which is a public holiday - so someone in the team was in the office and had time to get back to me.

Why write this threads?? You already have one in circulation which has a really good vibe, conversations, support, facts, good discussions on the matter bla, bla, bla...

What can we do??

They are there own boss, they can do what they want and get away with what they want these days...

Another reason they are not actioning threads is so the victimizing of forumers can take hold - since they are not actioning and certain comments and thread locks arent' being actioned which means the victimizers can come in and do there job...

Very sad!

I feel sorry for these people and their supporters!

You go to forum help for help but they don't help you knowing full well that the Jmods aren't going to help you either - or by the time the time Jmods get around to it, it's too late...

We can't rule out the fact that people may have been sent inbox messages instead. It would be good imo, if that is the case, to have a short post saying that the posts have all been reviewed/inboxes sent out.

No, if they sent me a inbox message about the forums I would have seen it and I certainly haven't.

My inbox message is not to do with the complaint i made within the last month.

All I am saying is they took the time to inbox me on a public holiday - so they were in the office :)
