I know how adding teleblock to f2p is a rather contentious issue in polls, but i have a few ideas to settle the issue


For f2p an obvious solution no one seems to have thought of is this


add a new weaker version of teleblock to f2p called telestop

Telestop would be a weaker version of teleblock, it would work like teleblock but have a duration of maybe 30-60 secs or 60-120 secs, if protect from magic is used, the duration is halved, the requirements to use telestop would be between 55-75 magic and cost 1 law rune, 3 body runes and 3 mind runes

The f2p version costs more rune wise then p2p but is now usable for f2p


Teleblock would remain the same and be a cheaper option to telestop

A new even higher level version of teleblock for p2p is now available at 95 magic called telepain

Telepain has the same duration as teleblock but if a target tries to teleport it is automatically stunned for 2 seconds, it would require 1 law rune, 1 blood rune and one soul rune to cast, alternatively it needs a wrath rune

An optional alternative to stunning the target is instead if the target tries to teleport they take between 1-9 damage based off the caster’s magic level

One idea i had was for ancient magicks to have a teleblock option, maybe that version could cause damage or stunning or even both but require say 98 or 99 magic to use


So in short this gives f2p a nice teleblock option which would help in pvp and give f2p a nice taste of p2p content while not taking away from p2p, in addition p2p gets 1 or 2 new spells to try out which have better effects then regular teleblock

One last idea you can cast teleblock spells on imps to stop them from teleporting away or foes that can teleport in combat such as vampyres

And, at Lvl1, free of cost, instadoom, which gives you maxed noted tbows and kills all targets, for f2p.

That's not a new idea.

F2P Tele Block has failed the polls consistently in every form imaginable. It is never going to happen. Stop asking.

They should poll a f2p PvP world only version of teleblock. I don't see the point in those worlds when people are pretty much invincible if they have teleport runes on them.

the suggestion isn't a troll one, anyway the idea i proposed is more then fair, p2p gets to keep vanilla teleblock and gains 1 or 2 new options, f2p getting a weaker version like how p2p has entangle but f2p has bind isn't unfair at all, it just follows the pattern

i dont think it should deal damage, but i support a free to play teleblock. it seems like a serious issue to PVPers. ive heard complaints about people not being able to cast it for ages.

i also dont think it should last as long. maybe 15-30 seconds.
use dissenter periodcom to bypass censorship.

Yes it is a troll suggestions as you're idea has been asked multiple times before and always reviving the same answer.

well my version is fairly different, anyway at least i don't go about complaining or whining on every post, i try to actively help the game
