Implement the lending system into OSRS with the same rules and restrictions from rs3, including up to a 24 hour loan time for lendable items.

This will also help minimize clan members taking risks loaning items to other clan members, and it will be better than making people have to always give collateral for the loan.

No, this would ruin the economy by allowing noobs to get whatever items they wanted whenever they wanted it. Just make good friends and get trust trades like I did. I was supposed to return my friend's spare TBow and Ely after I beat the Inferno and I've had the cape for months now and never returned it. He doesn't give a shit about his spares. You also don't have to give collaterals if you don't want to. I never do. The ditch is gonna get endless repolls while sand buckets can pass the first poll and never be implemented. After the ditch passes the 7th poll attempt, it'll be implemented an hour before the poll closes because it's actually important. Deal with it.
