I am currently trying to renable my authenticator since I have just purchased a new phone. The authenticator was already disabled. Here's the problem. -Every time I click on the "ENABLE AUTHENTICATOR' link it sends me right back to the "ACCOUNT" settings page but this time in Spanish.
I have been using the Mobile Device version of the authenticator - since I am going to use my phone as the authenticator. Regardless of the instructions, both mention that I need to log in and click on the "ENABLE AUTHENTICATOR" link.
Maybe I will try on a different PC, or try on my phone.
I'm having almost the same problem after getting a new phone. I load the Authenticator and it tells me I need to scan a barcode or enter a key provided key. I've gotten a lot of helpful tips but none tell me where I can get the barcode or key from the Jagex website.
