I will start off by saying I would really appreciate actually talking to someone about the problem!
I am posting on behalf of my main account (wrongly banned) I would like to discuss with a Jmod about my situation and what I believe happened which lead to my account being wrongly banned, I would really love to play the game again but I can't start over after putting so much time into the game. I have been wrongly banned for what I believe is a flaw in the bot detection system! Please contact me on this account or with the account linked email. I really would love to talk with someone about reversing my ban on my account because I believe that there is a flaw and I would love to help the community ban accounts correctly! Much love

This article is the best one to read if you've been banned! You need to appeal your ban from there or from account management! You can't appeal bans in the forums nor will Jagex contact you! My goals and achievements on F2P accounts! ---> Thread! <---

You have the right to submit an appeal but JMods will not engage in a personal discussion with you about the offence that was placed.

When they are checking rule breaking, they look at what happened and whether the account owner was in control of the account at the time of the offence.
They cannot see why it happened and do not take context into consideration.

Hello Malua, the problem is that my account was banned because of the issue I have found, I appealed and was denied, I am not sure why I was denied, perhaps it is worst than I thought? I really would like to play on my account that was falsely banned, but i cannot contact anyone and get any positive results!

333333 thats the problem... Because my evidence was never looked at and I was unable to even explain wtf was going on and BOOM DENIED FOREVER, seems really fucked up for someone who has put in as many hours as I have to be denied after one quick look over no?

Malua, you say that it doesn't make sense, but if they are all looking at the same misinformation, then it damn well does help if a 4th looks at it and sees that the mobile version is getting people banned! The software thinks that tapping too quickly on different sides of the screen is botting, I tested it with 2 other accounts! Please for the love of God, get someone to look at my account and get me unbanned for literally using the mobile version of OSRS...

ok so on my real account not this dumb one that I had to use just to access the forms, I was banned even though I haven't logged in since around May. It said I was macroing(never botted in my life) on july 15 or something, which is impossible(haven't played since may) It also says this is unreviewable; this sounds like a load of bs. I had a year long membership, so im getting screwed out of money because someone either hacked me or something. I don't understand how a game with so many players doesn't have a support number to call for things like this. I still submitted a request for this to be reviewed but I want answers. has anyone else had this issues or is there anyway for this game to fix its mistakes. review the IP address or something? Also I just moved into a new house so I didn't even have internet for the last week of june all the way through last week. Also you would think if something like this is happening should I be notified by email or something? Customer support is lacking for such a large company.
