I am on the registered email account, I have requested emails and apparently they have been sent. I have rang apple and spoke with them and there is no problem with my email and they have suggested to get intouch with you guys as they say there must be a problem on your end.

please sort this thanks.

Hi there

Work through the points in the Not receiving emails support page to try to get the email to arrive.

You haven't said which email you are trying to receive.

Because Jagex send their automated emails from a number of different email addresses, the usual fix is to put through a change of registered email to a different email (different email provider) then try sending yourself the email again.
