Hello, I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently having issues logging in, with the game telling me "Your account has not been logged out from its last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server." I Googled some stuff and figured that (since I can't log in to choose a game server) it was talking about the authentication servers the wiki spoke about. I had a friend logged in yesterday when I first got the message after disabling the authenticator on my account, and he said I didn't show as online. I also don't have any option to change the server, and I'm still getting the message today. I can't find any sort of customer support email, and none of the articles in the help section address my problems, so here I am looking for help D:

Normally, a client and PC restart should help fix this issue. Make sure the client is also closed in task manager.

I noticed you said you were showing as offline, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are - a hijacker could have changed your settings to show this. If you still can't log in after a restart, your account may have been hijacked.

If your account is hijacked, the Boot/Lock you Account will help you regain control of it.

I would strongly advise you to keep the authenticator enabled (Ref).
I use Authy on my phone and my PC for the authenticator (Ref).

Check out the Connectivity support articles. There is a link to contact Jagex on the first one in case you're still having this issue.

Whelp, you were all right. My account was compromised and I lost over 30 million gold worth of items and liquid assets. At least I've got it back, thanks for the suggestions all! Without your help I never would've known resetting the password kicks all active users off the account.
