Writing here as well in the hope that my issue can be looked into and resolved a bit quicker. I already wrote Jagex payment support yesterday and today.
It only lets me pay with Boku via cell phone, all the other payments via credit card(s) get rejected. Contacted the bank and there aren't any issues with them, I'm also able to make other online purchases. Please look into my account, thank you :).

I've been reading a bit. Is it possible that I hit the limit for TH purchases for my account? If so, does anyone know how long I will have to wait to be able to buy them again and, if this is the case, why the game does still let me purchase with Boku via cell phone?

Edit: Apparently Paypal, linked to the same credit card I was trying to use all day, works. I'd still appreciate if my account could be looked into, this is just bizarre.

I am having the same issue.. I tried credit card payment but got refused. I called the bank they said they had no issues on their side. I then tried to pay via PayPal. That also was refused.. Does anyone have any suggestions?
