Oh sorry, I recently started playing on my 5 year old account that I had recovered roughly 4 years ago after it was hacked. This account pretty much became my main account after I got membership on it, but was created to pretty much replace that account. As for my noob account, I've been training my Slayer level on it and managed to get up to 40 today.
Since your knowledge is sort of outdated, here's what I'm referring to. If you're wondering, you can receive a Barrows defender from Barrows if you have a dragon defender in your inventory. After you receive a defender from Barrows, you can receive the next defender from Nex if you have a Barrows defender in your inventory, and finally a kalphite defender from Kalphite King after you receive the defender from Nex if you have Nex's defender in your inventory.
Is this more clear? Wtf there are dragon and Barrows defenders and wtf even boss exclusive defenders??
I remember my younger brother being a part of the Legends Guild on his account, and trying to get better defenders, but needing the previous tier equipped in order for the next drop to be possible.
Since I never actually used defenders, I wouldn't have known about the requirement, since your explanation reminded me of my brother playing Runescape, but thanks so much AFK for the explanation That makes more sense, why you were talking about Nex lol as the "Nex"t boss
obendigosaid: Very afkablesaid: I think I'll start doing slayer on my noob account and (hopefully) get a barrows defender on this account tomorrow. I would go for the high level defenders, but I've never been to nex and I'm not nearly as much of the boss hunter I was 2 years ago.
took me like 15 trips before I got my first one, however got tons of double armor loot before getting it. Hi 0ben, Pippy
0ben, what's double armor? Couldn't find anything that sounded like it online, other than bonus defense xp...?
AFKable, ah I see. I just joined The Name, and I love it there Everyone is so caring and kind!! I'm a community oriented person, and I love having people to chat with, whether it be on the forums or in-game. To be honest, that's what brought me back to RS after all these years, since I genuinely wanted to see how the RSOF folks and my friends chat folks were doing.
And if you're talking about your bag of marbles, then yes you've lost it. I think I last saw it on the playground, near the monkey bars under which that weird hobo in the "x-wing" cardboard box liv---oh wait...I don't know you, I'm not supposed to talk to strange people...
Lmao the McDonald's near my college offers a 10% student discount, and my friends always give me so much crap for being a cheapskate. But really, I just want to save money so I can spend it on clothes and eating out
There's actually a sandwich store called Primanti Bros. in Pittsburgh that's a chain known for putting fries in their sandwiches. I thought it would taste really good, but unfortunately the fries get soggy in the sandwich, so it was essentially mashed potatoes.
McDonald's fries in cheeseburgers probably don't get soggy since you put them in and pretty much consume your concoction immediately afterward. But cry, they taste so much better outside of a cheeseburger, it's such a waste of fries!!
Siggy galleries back in the day were places where people could use parts the thread owner set aside for use in creating siggies, for posting the siggies they made with such parts on the thread, and/or for requesting siggies, and they were a lot of fun and were very interactive.
I might be missing something, but some of the siggy galleries I see in this forum are just collections of people's signatures? As in, not interactive, as most forum games are, but rather "post here and run away, that or admire from afar"?
The RS authenticator is so cool, and there's also an option to trust certain devices for up to 30 days (as in, log ins from that device won't require authenticating for the next 30 days)
When I first read about the authenticating system, it seemed dumb, and then when I heard about the 30 day thing I decided to give it a go.
Even if I had to authenticate every time I logged in, the Google app is surprisingly really quick and it works really well--it taking forever was my biggest fear, since I thought it would send me text messages I'd have to wait a minute for, which is the case for most verification codes nowadays.
I feel like I should introduce you guys to the roleplayers on the Rants Chat Lounge, and vice versa
Twillow, hand me some of that popcorn! I'll provide the tea
also lol fun fact I finished Demon Slayer a few days ago, because I never got around to completing the "new" one. I did do the version before it, though. And wow, I feel like the newer version was so much easier/straightforward, or is that only because I did it when I was combat level 102?
