I guess they could allow items to be thrown in for their low alch value (not their GE price as that may extremely differ from the actual value in both directions) in the whirlpool. The well itself shouldn't be used for other purposes than those it was initially intended. If they want to re-use it for charity - gladly. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

There is no title for depositing items and should not be one. Junks are supposed to be thrown away, not a way to get a title.

The well of goodwill also could've been used to sink items, increasing your progress by their current GE value (so potentially allowing to make much of your gp if the stuff buys well below its value). I think an item sink couldn't hurt, but it certainly just should be the low alch value to prevent this exploitation.
