A Home for Ironmen


Ironshire is a friendly clan where ironmen can get together and socialize, do PvM, skill together, chat, and generally play the game together. We host all types of events including PvM, and we promote talking with our clanmates while playing the game either in the clan chat or the Discord server. We welcome people of all levels and with any degree of experience and hope to show any new players the ropes of playing RuneScape as an ironman.

We accept players from all time zones with open arms.

Please feel free to contact me in-game if you have any questions or guest in our clan chat to see if our clan is right for you. Anybody is free to guest, whether you intend to join or not.

2. Joining & Guesting


The only requirement to join is that you must be some kind of Ironman.


Anybody is allowed to guest, whether you are an Ironman or not.

To join Ironshire, simply enter the Ironshire guest clan chat and let someone know you wish to join. If you have any questions about the clan, you are encouraged to direct them toward the highest-ranking member online.

3. Membership and Rank

What it means to be a member and how your actions affect your rank.


Here at Ironshire, we don't have many requirements of our members. We simply ask that you stay active in chat and participate in clan events. Here is a breakdown of our ranking system, which will be updated every

Every rank is worth a certain number of points.

Recruit

0 points

Corporal
-
10 points

Sergeant
-
20 points

Lieutenant
-
50 points

Captain
-
100 points

General
-
200 points


These are currently the following ways to gain points:

1)
Capping at the clan citadel will earn 5 points per week.
2)
You earn 1 point per 1,000,000 of Total Clan XP earned.
3)
You will go up 1 rank for every 2 months you spend in the clan.
4)
Group bossing will earn you points for every 1-hour group trip made. The specifics are in the spreadsheet.


Points will be preserved whenever you rank up automatically. For example, if you earned 15 points from Clan XP earned, making you Corporal, and have been in the clan for 2 months, you will gain 10 points, making your point total 25, and a Sergeant.

Capping at the clan citadel is not a requirement, it is simply a way to help out the clan and expedite earning ranks.

You will go down 25 points for every 2 weeks of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as having 0 XP gain for those 2 weeks. If you plan to be gone for longer than 2 weeks and wish to preserve your rank, you must notify any rank Admin+.

6. Discord


We have a Discord server specifically for the clan. It is encouraged to socialize with other clan members. It is not strictly required to join the Discord, but it is highly recommended that you do. If you are joining in order to do PvM, joining the Discord is required.
