It has been a long time since I did any dungeoneering, and even when I did, I hated every second of it, and the prospect of training it is making me cry out in anguish.

What can I do to make it a more enjoyable skill?

Is it better to solo on small and medium floors or would I be better off finding a trio or even 5 strong group and do large floors at maximum complexity?

Is it necessary/recommended to do all of the skill options in a floor (farming patch, fishing spot, RC altar etc) or do these not add anything to experience earned and are just there incase you need them?

TIA

Play it with full teams of 5 people.

No. Reveal all rooms as fast as you can and end the dungeon.
