Hello,

Yesterday I received an email from PayPal that I gave permission for renewing my RuneScape membership automatic and €9,49 was taken from my PayPal account; not a big issue but I can't find which account is charged with membership now; it's not this account and also not my RuneScape skiller.

Is there a way I can find this out? I stopped the automatic subscription and updated my PayPal details (added 2FA) but didn't find any other weird payments.

Cancelling through PayPal is the right method to follow.

A payment is always confirmed with a message left in the message centre of the account and also by email to the registered email.

* Check your emails
* Check the 'Messages' tab in each of your accounts.
* If you cannot find the account the payment was made for, you should start on the Forgotten login support page to identify your accounts.
