Most Community Helpers are already Player Moderators and this makes your suggestion unnecessary. Furthermore, like it has already been pointed out, their role is to guide and assist players within the community, not to enforce the rules by muting them. • Ana •

Here's one better: remove the community helper status altogether. Not only does it attract people who pretend to be helpful just to get the title, but it also doesn't make logical sense: you can try to be helpful towards the community as much and often as possible, but no matter how hard you might try, you're never guaranteed to get the title. Imagine the "maxed" title and that upon maxing, you only have a random chance to get the title or not: that's the community helper title. :P

Some flame posts have been hidden.

@ Jeremy Cheng - Community Helpers assist players with support issues on the Forums and on Twitter. They do not need in-game tools that are unrelated to their current role.

Also, as has been explained before, if you have suggestions to make, those are best posted in the relevant forum. Please use the Game Content Suggestions Forum to submit suggestions for new content or the Existing Game Content Forum to submit suggestions for improving current content. That is where the developers and other players are looking for it.

Thanks
