Has it been banned in Belgium yet? Considering their laws in lootboxes/gambling in games?

Of course not, neither are Santa Claus, Easter Bunny and Baby Troll banned there. :D

Perhaps Belgium may ban OSRS for Duel Arena Staking via 3rd party sites later. Not quite sure if they will also put Santa Claus, Easter Bunny or Baby Troll in Purple Skin behind bars though. :D

China? North-Korea?
China contributed to 30% of Jagex's membership revenue over the past 10 years.

North Korea on the other hand is a bit different. Internet access essentially doesn't exist in NK unless you're either a foreigner or a government official. You probably could play it if you were touring NK, but they'd undoubtedly be watching your every move.

LOL! Runescape is not even approved to be operated in China yet. How is it going to be banned?

Chinese firewall still exists, and all we gotta say is Tiananmen Square 1989 and oh look this forum post mysteriously doesn't load in China anymore.

To be extremely honest, if Runescape was approved to run in China, these RSOF would not last long as their Government has very low tolerance against toxicity and misinformation, particularly such comments regarding politics and violence.
