Anyone know details about requirements for visiting and partaking in the new Land Out of Time content coming this July?

I read somewhere that Big Game Hunter requirements start at lvl 75. I'm not sure what the requirements are to get onto the island, or the requirements for agility.

As it stands you'll need to complete the Desperate Times quest to reach the island. (You presently aren't eligible for this quest.)

It also appears that the new creatures will require 75-96 Hunter.

To access the island: No level requirement specified. Requires: The Needle Skips, You are It.

To further the story (presuming a quest): 50 smithing, 50 mining, 50 divination.

Big Game Hunter: 75 hunting

New slayer mobs: 90 slayer

Island-wise agility course: unknown

Buiding a base camp: Unknown. sounds like a daily activity hub similiar to POP.

Totems: Unknown. 8 totems give different buffs (probably have different level requirements).

Herblore D&D: Unknown (Herblore Habitat 2?)

Skilling spots (fishing, mining, wc): unknown. Maybe low level or various levels.

Actually I might be wrong about the requirement just to access Anacrhonia:

To access the island: No level requirement specified. Requires: The Needle Skips, You are It.

I think the correct requitrement is: Nothing. No level, quest or Kudos requirements. Just nothing.

Since it has no requirements does that mean it will be infested with bots?

It's probably like the Arc then - you can access it, but not doing anything down there until you reach certain levels. Albeit I could imagine the weekly d&d being available to everybody just like you could give Meg in PoP advices despite not having the ports available so far. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
Quick Fixes: Invention

All the revealed features are brand new. Where will bots come from?

Access to Anachronia has no requirement still doesn't mean the activities there have no requirements. You still need the required skill levels to engage in the related activities, for instance, you still need 75 hunter to do Big Game Hunting.

Not exactly even for The Arc. For instance, ED1 doesn't require high levels. Neither do lore/quest based activities to complete The Arc Journal like spotting birds, finding messages in a bottle etc require much.

Probably being focused too much on the original arc content.

Yes, you can explore the isles, unlock parts of the music and even do a couple of cheevos, yes you also can leech the elite dungeon if somebody is ready to help you with that - but you're not able to reasonably do something by yourself. The miniquests also are locked behind the skills since you somehow need to be able to obtain resources. I would bet anachronia will work comparable.
