To access the island: No level requirement specified. Requires: The Needle Skips, You are It.

To further the story (presuming a quest): 50 smithing, 50 mining, 50 divination.

Big Game Hunter: 75 hunting

New slayer mobs: 90 slayer

Island-wise agility course: unknown

Buiding a base camp: Unknown. sounds like a daily activity hub similiar to POP.

Totems: Unknown. 8 totems give different buffs (probably have different level requirements).

Herblore D&D: Unknown (Herblore Habitat 2?)

Skilling spots (fishing, mining, wc): unknown. Maybe low level or various levels.

Actually I might be wrong about the requirement just to access Anacrhonia:

To access the island: No level requirement specified. Requires: The Needle Skips, You are It.

I think the correct requitrement is: Nothing. No level, quest or Kudos requirements. Just nothing.

Since it has no requirements does that mean it will be infested with bots?

All the revealed features are brand new. Where will bots come from?

Access to Anachronia has no requirement still doesn't mean the activities there have no requirements. You still need the required skill levels to engage in the related activities, for instance, you still need 75 hunter to do Big Game Hunting.

It's probably like the Arc then - you can access it, but not doing anything down there until you reach certain levels. Albeit I could imagine the weekly d&d being available to everybody just like you could give Meg in PoP advices despite not having the ports available so far.

Not exactly even for The Arc. For instance, ED1 doesn't require high levels. Neither do lore/quest based activities to complete The Arc Journal like spotting birds, finding messages in a bottle etc require much.

Probably being focused too much on the original arc content.

Yes, you can explore the isles, unlock parts of the music and even do a couple of cheevos, yes you also can leech the elite dungeon if somebody is ready to help you with that - but you're not able to reasonably do something by yourself. The miniquests also are locked behind the skills since you somehow need to be able to obtain resources. I would bet anachronia will work comparable.

Actually just a few of the revealed content already showed Anachronia is a much lower level place than The Arc.

Big Game Hunter: 75 Hunter
Overgrown Idols: 81 WC will kill the idols completely. Lower WC can still chop some vines
Mining: Orichalcite rocks (66 mining) is shown on the video.

The Arc requires 90 skills.

Agility Course: level 30 -85
Various hunting, mining, fishing spots with various level requirements.

Maxed players always have a good time in RS3, but what makes Anachronia far better is it is a brand new landmass, one of the biggest in Gielinor's history, that is accessible and enjoyable by players of different levels and skills.

BTW, also confirmed with today's Month Ahead - July is requirement for the brand new Agility Course is indeed a low level 30 to 85. :)

The quests seem not to be required to go to Fossil Island Anachronia.

I have not done Desperate Times, or The Needle Skips, but am able to access the island on 3 accounts, none of which have done those quests.

Access to Anachroia requires nothing.

However,
"adventurers looking to follow the storyline over future updates require just three skills (Mining, Smithing, and Divination) to be level 50 or above, along with the completion of two quests: The Needle Skips and You Are It."
- this probably means a quest. So eventually, there is still a requirement of the 2 quests required for Desperate Time plus 3 skills of level 50 going forward.
