Freshly Updated! New and improved! More to come though :D

You probably knew of the spells
'Flames of Zamorak'
'Saradomin Strike'
and 'Claws Of Guthix'

Three powerful spells which represent the three main gods of Gielnor.

But say, Kolodion recently dug a little deeper?

and unearthed a couple of new statues with the new spells?

'Bandos' Roar'

'Wings Of Armadyl'

'Zaros Emblem'

I for one, would prefer to 'represent' the god I prefer most, rather than be stuck to the three main gods.

Well, Too bad.

But now, we have only one spell. No special effects.
We can still choose Order, Chaos and Balance, but for what? an outdated staff and cape?

Kolodion needs an entirely new stock.

Divine Storm: This spell is the current god spell.
When equipping a staff from the arena, it will have a passive effect, similar to the god swords but only when used with divine storm.

The Zamorakian, Guthixian and Saradominist staves will give the same effects their spells used to have.

Zamorakian: Lowers opponents magic level by 5 ((will not drop below 50% of opponents level)
Guthixian: Lowers defence by 5% (max 50%)
Saradominist: Reduces prayer level by 1.

The Bandosian, Zarosian and Armadylean staves will offer new effects!

Armadylean: Reduces opponents range level by 5 (will not drop below 50% of opponents level)
Bandosian: Lower opponents attack and strength by 5% (max 50%)
Zarosian: Reduce constitution level by 1 (max 10)

Of course, with the beginning of the sixth age, more possibilities become available.

Serenists: Prevents restoration of the targets run energy for 10 seconds. (effect cooldown of 15 seconds) (subject to change :) Seren is a tricky one to pick a spell effect for)

Thieverpedia - reminded me to update
Naryan5 and CrowQuil - staff name corrections :P
Badass Bill - cosmetics of the staves

When praying to the statue, you will get a cape!
Of course, you can still only have one.

Following tradition, the staves and capes will have the same stats as the others.

Bandos godcape: brownish in colour, green trim

Bandos Staff: Appearance pending

Armadyl godcape: White in colour, silver trim

Armadyl Staff: Appearance pending

Zaros godcape: Purple in colour, yellow trim

Zaros Staff: Appearance pending

Seren godcape: Cyan in colour, white trim

Seren Staff: Appearance pending

There will be more mages in the arena, representing the new gods, or perhaps an entirely new level of arena.
---
done, I guess.

Sorry if this breaks your reserves :s
I Support!! The other 3 are far more popular now and deserve their place in Mage Arena.
I like the sound of each cape's colour scheme, although I think Zaros' cape should be Purple and Dark Grey to compliment the ancient staff.
What would each Godstaff look like - obviously they would need to be very different from prayer Stoles? Who would represent each God in the arena; Aviansies are extinct outside of GWD so he would probably have Armadyl Guardians (humans), Bandos would probably have Ogres and Zaros could have one of a wide range of NPC followers.
I would suggest Zaros' spell drains the opponents prayer points too - perhaps even more if the target has prayers active when they are hit.
Would the 'new' arena be merged with the old, or a separate battlefield below the current one?

I think "Zaros emblem" Is a little... not violent enough?
How about "Ancient Force", where you pull your arms back. and energy rises from the ground (quickly, and glowing red), then you punch it forward at them, traumatising (or something, I don't know) them (hence, the attack reduction).
Ancient: Because a LOT of Zaros things are called 'ancient', instead of Zaros.

Hope you consider my suggestion, because "emblem", does not sound like it would do much damage to someone.
The others are quite good, though I'm not sure how it would work with Armadyl already having a god spell/staff. Support.

PAWWWL - Nice idea with the Zaros cloak :) , I was thinking along the lines of the senntisten altar XD
Jonmcdonald - To be honest I struggled with the Zaros spell name :| and not to make a pun on the reference, then it hit me.
A few people out there can probably guess the inspiration for the name was the 'Zebel Emblem' from Beelzebub ^_^
