I tried my best to lok for an existing thread and couldn't find one so I'll post here.

I've been having issues with solomon's store loading recently. I only use it to purchase auras and such, but since it redirects to the store in-game I guess I have to go through it either way. Anytime I load it up, whether it be thru Xuan or Dilwyn in-game or thru the website, it gives me a black screen. It does seem like it's loading something but I've left it for a few hours before and nothing.

I've tried just about everything I could think of to get it to work. Hopefully someone on here knows of a solution and can help me.

I was having similar issues like you for an entire month, but I've found something that worked for me as of today.

FIX (that worked for me): Had to disable ALL Adblock software running in browser for the secure.runescape.com website that was accessing Solomon's General Store. It seems you'll need to whitelist or tell your Adblock to allow all from secure.runescape.com to access the store.

Hope this helps. Not sure why it started in January for me, I guess Jagex changed coding on their website after the Christmas holiday to deal with Adblockers.

Happy you found your fix, I'm not aware of any adblock in my browser (I haven't installed any), but I'll definitely take a look.

Hey Sir Xp Waste,

I've just checked, and there are no global issues stopping players from being able to access SGS.

That being said, as others have said, there are a few things to try:

Clear your Browser Cache

Try using a different device (mobile, other PC etc) or in the extreme, try a different network.

That should help you isolate the device and or browser causing you issues.
