When you are searching for a problem, via the search bar, PLEASE add a message saying "Did not find what you were looking for? send us a ticket!". Also, you can add other suggestions for the person to look at. It is SERIOUSLY difficult and ANNOYING to find the correct info from the support page.
I remember, when I was looking info for account recovery and how to kick hackers off your account. Guess what... I found my answer via using Google and found a reddit thread or similar, where someone had linked it to RS Support page link for it.

I am not sure, if you guys even care about this stuff. Don't you have ANYONE hired, that works on the website?
I don't trust easily, so when I tell you I trust you, don't make me regret it.

Many of the issues faced by players can be solved by looking through the advice in the Support Centre. The problem with your suggestion is that by giving people a shortcut to submitting a ticket, Jagex would receive an influx of tickets about issues that players could easily have solved themselves. This means that people with more pressing issues would have to wait longer for a response.

Nawty Secret, if you click on the this link, Support Centre, you will be taken to the home page. Depending on your issue, you will be able to browse the Help topics listed there.

That webpage is absolutely useless. You will find more useful info via Googling. I had an issue, where I needed to kick someone off my account (I had already changed the password). I found my answer off reading a post on reddit (or some other third party forum) NOT the RS Support Centre's search option.

Yea think they should include in the hijacked account page that the password reset boots anyone on their account off of it.

you are misinformed. Changing password will not boot anyone off the account. There is a dedicated place/system for it. Sadly, it is nowhere to be found without use of Google.

The account recovery form is what I meant by password reset, not just changing a password from settings. They are 2 different things, password reset and password change.

That's what is clicked from the hijacked account page, links you to where you have to put in account creation info and if you get past the auto filters they boot anyone on the account offline and also removes the authenticator. It resets the account.
They don't make it clear that it does that, which makes it confusing and makes you have to google elsewhere on how to boot someone offline.

Hijacked account

Reset your password

Forgotten registered email

Those 3 pages link to the same form with the button at the bottom. They are all listed at the top of the your account section in the support center. They don't make it clear that it removes anyone currently on the account to offline if you successfully get through the form and not denied. That's why I agree they should add a this will kick off anyone currently on your account when you complete this form successfully for the hijacked section.

That fellow aboves guide shows that in his sticky in the help forums.
